At Pentathlon Sports, we are committed to do competitive  pricing by giving discounts on product’s maximum retail price (MRP). We don’t increase the product’s MRP by adding the shipping cost like other ecommerce companies are doing. We are charged by courier / logistics companies (Bluedart, DHL, FeedEx, Gati, Delhiveri) to deliver products at your doorstep. Therefore, we charge actual shipping cost that we are paying to our courier/ logistics companies.   

Generally, It takes 4 to 6 working days to deliver the products at your doorstep in metro cities and approx. 8 to 10 working days in other than metro cities. 

There are possibilities that in some cases the products / items may missing / damage during transit and you received a partial / damaged product. In this situation, you should immediately call us at our customer care numbers or inform us through live whatsapp chat. It is also advised to make a video recording while unpacking the delivered product. Once you inform us, we will take necessary actions to satisfy you.
